University ID Card
The Tulane Card identifies you as a member of Tulane University, and includes your name, photo and classification. Please keep you Tulane Card with you at all times while on campus. Your Tulane Card is non-transferable.
Tulane Card
Just maintain a balance in your Tulane Card debit account and enjoy the convenience of having purchasing power all across campus without carrying cash, checks, or credit cards. Click here to view the locations where the Tulane Debit Card is accepted.
Meal Plan Card
Freshman and Sophomore students living on campus are required to participate in a meal plan. Juniors, Seniors, Faculty and Staff may also optionally participate in a plan. Your Tulane Card will serve as your meal plan card if enrolled.
Accounts Receivable Charge Card
Charging to your Accounts Receivable Bill is permitted only at the Bookstore, McAlister Market, Le Gourmet, Educational Resources Center, Student Health Center/Pharmacy, and the Tulane Card Office.
Print Card
Each semester students receive a free print allowance at Tulane computer labs. This allowance expires if not used within the semester. Once your free print allowance is exhausted, you may use your Tulane Card funds to purchase prints.
Library Card
The backside of your Tulane Card has a reserved space for your library barcode sticker. To obtain your library bar code sticker, simply visit Howard-Tilton, Law Library or the Medical Center Library circulation desk.
Athletic Event Tickets
Your Tulane Card may be used at the Athletics Sports Shop to pick up your free football season tickets, or at the student entrance gates of basketball and baseball games. For more information concerning your free ticket eligibility, please contact the Athletics Sports Shop.
Building and Perimeter Access Card
Your Tulane Card is also a door access card! Depending on your enrollment and housing status, the card will grant you access to various secured buildings on campus, such as residence halls and academic facilities. Upperclassman will also receive access to the pedestrian gates behind Sharp and Monroe Halls.
Residence Hall Room Key Card
Students living in residence halls with electronic room door locks may have their Tulane Card encoded for room access at their Residence Hall front desk. You won't have to worry about losing a key! If your card is lost, simply report it lost and your card will be deactivated.
